About Operational Policies: Certain state agencies are authorized to operate under legally-enforceable policies while in the process of adopting them as regulations. The law states operational policies are valid until final regulations become effective. In some cases, adopting agencies withdraw or replace an operational policy with an amended policy during the regulation-making process.
Public Notice: Agencies must provide public notice of operational policies by posting them on the eRegulations System before implementing them.
Operational Status: The policies listed on this page have not been withdrawn, replaced by amendment, or replaced by a final regulation as far as shown by the records of the eRegulations System. To view previously amended or withdrawn versions of a policy listed on this page, if any, select its Tracking Number link to review its history.
