You will need a valid email address which will serve as your user ID. You must also complete all required fields in the Registration Information form on this page. (Fields marked with an *)
Note: An email address can only be associated with one account and cannot be changed once the account is created. If you wish to change the email account that your eReg alerts are sent to, please delete the existing account and register again using the new email address.
