Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
(a) Lending and borrowing money is prohibited between persons admitted to departmental programs and between such persons and staff, including volunteers. Any violation may result in disciplinary action against lender and borrower. The Commissioner may institute discipline regardless of whether the lender has been repaid.
(b) Departmental personnel shall not lend or borrow any other commodities with a veteran. Any employee who engages in this conduct may be subject to disciplinary proceeding.
