Sec. 31-136-3. Duties of the governor's committee

(a) The Governor's Committee shall consult with, advise, and assist the Commissioner in the carrying on of the continuing program to promote the employment of persons with disabilities.

(b) The Governor's Committee shall submit to the Commissioner for approval, at least annually, its recommendations for future activities.

(c) The Governor's Committee shall coordinate with the Commissioner all its activities.

(d) The Governor's Committee shall report to the Commissioner, at least annually, in writing, the activities of the previous year.

(e) The Governor's Committee shall meet at least six times per year.

(f) The Governor's Committee shall serve as the organizational liaison between the Labor Department and the President's Committee.
