Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
Except when precluded by law, the Commissioner may, where good cause appears, waive the applicability of any Section of this Regulation or portion thereof, as to an insurance company whose name appears on the White List immediately prior to the effective date of this Regulation, or an insurance company which is an affiliate of an insurer licensed in this state.
