Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
An aggrieved person shall be given an opportunity for a fair hearing in accordance with C.G.S. Sections 17-603 and 17-604, as same may be amended. The Department of Human Resources fair hearing procedures are governed by applicable provisions of the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act and the agency's separate fair hearing regulations.
