Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
(a) Veterans may be permitted small electrical devices such as televisions, radio, tape decks, and compact discs provided:
(1) An earphone is used at all times,
(2) No lights may be on after 9:00 p.m., including TV glare,
(3) All devices that use electricity from a wall outlet shall be checked by the Department's electrical department,
(4) No cooking is done.
(b) Microwave ovens, electric ovens, toasters, heating coils, coffee pots and similar heating or cooking devices shall be strictly prohibited.
