Sec. 27-102l(d)-185. Possession and consumption of alcohol

(a) Possession of alcoholic beverages and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages on any property of the Department or a premise used for Departmental programs, services or activities, is strictly prohibited.

(b) Consumption of alcoholic beverages is discouraged, regardless of where consumed, as becoming alcohol free may be a goal of an individualized plan of care.
