Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
(a) An applicant, transferee, or veteran who disagrees with an agency decision may petition for an informal conference with the Health Care Facility Administrator after which, if granted, the Health Care Facility Administrator may modify, reverse, or affirm the decision rendered.
(b) If after an informal conference or if the petition for such a conference is denied, an applicant, transferee, or veteran who continues to disagree, may petition the Commissioner for a desk review by the Commissioner.
(c) The Commissioner may deny or grant a desk review and may thereafter, if granted, modify, reverse or affirm the decision rendered.
