Sec. 14-137-75. Evidence of identity and date of birth for duplicate operator's license, commercial driver's license or identity card

Satisfactory evidence of identity and date of birth for issuance of a duplicate operator's license, commercial driver's license or identity card, means that the applicant meets the standards found in section 14-137-67 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
