Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
The commissioner or his representative shall supply the following forms to be used for boxers:
(a) annual examination prior to licensing;
(b) weigh-in examination;
(c) examination prior to boxer's entry into the ring; and
(d) examination after injury.
